We offer professional Crane, Monorail & Davit Arm load testing services to ensure your lifting equipment meets the highest safety and operational standards. Our process includes visual inspections, load testing, function testing, and overload testing, where required independent IANZ sign-off and comprehensive documentation review can be provided.

Our services start with a thorough review of all relevant documentation, including drawings, producer statements, design certificates, and weld test reports, to ensure compliance and accuracy. We manage the logistics of test weights, including loading, transporting, and unloading them as needed for the testing process.

At the site, our team, accompanied by an independent IANZ witness, performs visual inspections, followed by function, load, and overload testing. After completing the testing, we clean up and safely remove all equipment from the site.

Once testing is complete, we review the independent IANZ report to confirm compliance. Finally, we issue the necessary certifications, giving you confidence that your equipment meets all applicable safety standards.
